Evol Greaves is a tech executive with more than 18 years of experience, an active board member and community builder.

Evol presently serves as the VP of Engineering at Betterment, where he leads technology and organizational strategy for Betterment’s team of exceptional engineers. 

In his previous role, Evol was the SVP of Engineering for JW Player, a leader in video and monetization technology with a global footprint powering many top digital publishers and broadcasters. Prior to JW Player, Evol led cross-functional teams at 352 Inc, a digital product agency, where he launched several digital products and platforms across a variety of industries including: e-commerce, social media management and crowdfunding. Evol was instrumental in helping YouCaring to a successful exit before ultimately getting acquired by GoFundMe.

Evol is a board member and the Director of Technology for The BERG Collective - a non-profit that unites more than 50 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from Fortune 500 companies to create a collective force for empowerment, representation, and growth.

Evol holds a BSc in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Florida.
